Sushi station – assorted sushi rolls (salmon, tuna, imitation crab, imitation shrimp, veggies), pickled ginger, soy sauce, and wasabi

Carving station – choice of Kohn’s homemade pastrami, Kohn’s hand pickled corned beef, roast beef, smoked turkey assorted breads and mini rolls and condiments

Middle Eastern station – pita, hummus, israeli salad, eggplant salad, falafel balls, tabbouleh, and grape leaves

Stir Fry station (cooked table side) – choice of beef, chicken or vegetable stir fry, fried rice, fresh vegetables

We use a bed of romaine and/or iceberg lettuce

  • Artichoke, hearts of palm, grape tomatoes, and roasted pine nuts with a red wine vinaigrette dressing
  • Candied walnuts, dried cranberries, and mandarin oranges with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • Grilled fruit: mango, pineapple, papaya, plum (seasonal) with a citrus dressing
  • Traditional garden: cucumber, olives, tomatoes, carrots, cabbage, and sprouts with Italian dressing
  • Caesar: croutons, parmesan cheese with Kohn’s Mayfair dressing (Parve version available)
  • Greek: feta, kalamata olives, cucumber, bell peppers, red onions, pepperoncinis with Kohn’s Greek feta dressing

    • Artichoke Chicken: sauteed chicken breast in a white wine, artichoke and lemon reduction
    • Chicken Marsala: chicken breast sauteed in a marsala wine sauce with mushrooms and a trio of peppers
    • Jack Daniels Chicken: sauteed chicken breast in a tangy jack daniels teriyaki sauce
    • Mango Chicken: panko encrusted chicken breast in a sweet mango glaze
